NEW YORK: The hundred and eighteenth entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Steyn City is four times the size of Monaco, two and a half times bigger than New York’s Central Park and the largest development of its kind in Africa. The “lifestyle resort” has more than 1,000 acres of parklands, a golf course from Jack Nicklaus’ design team and two shopping malls, sports facilities, a school, a medical facility and a retirement community.
