NEW YORK: The one hundred and ninety-sixth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
With a scheduled opening later this spring, construction continues on RiverView Senior Resort, the assisted living and memory care rental community on the shores of the Indian River in Palm Bay, Florida.
The community is surrounded on three sides by uninterrupted shoreline, and residents will be able to enjoy the view outside from the vantage point of the heated pool, waterfront walkways and benches, and observation pier for viewing of dolphins and manatees.
