NEW YORK: The hundred and second entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
Friendship Village of Dublin has added a 51-unit apartment building for independent living to its Riverside Drive campus.
The nonprofit’s $61 million master plan, approved by trustees, follows the addition of 20 standalone “villa” homes since 2013. The last four units are under construction for completion in fall, when the next phase is set to begin, the organisation said…
