Revolutionary digital doctor service could transform healthcare

LOS ANGELES: A new digital doctor service has been launched and has the potential to transform health service levels.

Push Doctor is the brainchild of entrepreneur Eren Ozagir and allows patients to connect with a qualified doctor via a computer, smartphone or tablet.

Patients can use the service to have an appointment with a doctor and request prescriptions, referrals and sick notes, while doctors are able to feedback to their family GP.

Of course, the biggest difference is that unlike local GPs, their digital counterparts are unable to undertake a physical examination.
