LOS ANGELES: The contempt shown by the Chief Executive Officer of a publicly listed retirement community developer and manager has been compounded by his failure to apologise or even acknowledge the crassness of the remarks attributed to him in a National Press report about residents forming their own association to fight the injustices and iniquities of financial serfdom imposed by his (and other) retirement community regimes.
