NEW YORK: A Regional Awards section will be added to the Global Seniors Housing Award being held in London later this year.
Social housing firm Chorley Community Housing has secured a $74m loan from Legal and General’s lending arm to help fund 814 homes.
Richard Houghton, director of operations for Chorley Community Housing, said: “The company expects to build approximately 350 homes by 2018 in Chorley.”
The entity is shortlisted for the Most Outstanding Community Housing Enterprise Award.
