NEW YORK: A Regional Awards section will be added to the Global Seniors Housing Award being held in London later this year.
A new 60-apartment extra care scheme is being developed at the site of the former William Kemp Heaton Day Center in Bury.
Jennings Design Associates from Manchester is the architect for the new development.
Bury Council and Six Town Housing previously developed Red Bank in Radcliffe as an extra care scheme in 2012, which consists of 40 apartments.
