NEW YORK: A Regional Awards section will be added to the Global Seniors Housing Award being held in London later this year.
One entrant is St Martins Green, a new apartment and townhouse complex hatched for a high-profile Christchurch industrial site.
The St Martins Green development was designed by Rapaki Property Group and will have 77 one, two and three bedroom apartments with car parking spaces and feature a “village green” type of space.
