PHOENIX: Plans have been revealed to turn an historic hotel into social housing.
Developers want to convert the hotel into a multi-occupancy unit to provide a home for a number of people.
They say it will save the future of the building, which is struggling to compete with national hotel brands in the town, and help tackle the housing problem close to the town center.
