CHICAGO: Woolworths will be the anchor tenant in Finbar’s proposed shopping centre in South Perth, part of its broader $400 million Civic Heart high-rise multigenerational apartment complex.
Finbar said Woolworths would lease and operate a 2757sqm supermarket on the ground level of the three-storey retail and commercial development, which would offer 11,900sqm of commercial area.
