Low cost housing solution for boomers created by entrepreneur

hivehaus_00NEW YORK: 52-year-old entrepreneur Barry Jackson might have come up with a low-cost housing solution.

His design, named HiveHaus, is made up from hexagonal rooms, each 100 square-feet, and can be erected in four or five days by a small team of builders without the need for foundations. What’s more, a three-unit Hivehaus reportedly costs as little as £55,000, offering a unique way of getting people on to the property ladder.
