LOS ANGELES: LINC Housing and its partners will gather to celebrate the start of construction of Mosaic Gardens at Westlake, a 125-unit affordable housing community for formerly homeless households and low-income families and seniors.
The new development is part of LINC Housing’s commitment to integrate affordable housing with health resources and other services for stronger neighborhoods.
