PHILADELPHIA: The Hills at Vallco will feature a 30-acre community park and nature preserve open to all residents, Sand Hill is touting the open space as not only the largest community park in Cupertino, but also the largest green roof in the world. The roof will feature a 3.8 mile trail network, vineyards, orchards, gardens, a playground and amphitheater.
The new owners of Vallco Shopping Mall in Cupertino announced they have a $3 billion plan that will radically remake the outdated centre and cover it with the “largest green roof in the world.”
