DALLAS: A study by the International Longevity Centre ILC-UK shows that pensioners in retirement communities are less likely to feel lonely than those still living in their own homes.
The study also shows despite fears about moving into special accommodation, people who took the step were more likely to feel in “control” of their lives than those the same age outside.
