International private equity firm wants to build multigenerational education living units

MINNEAPOLIS: An international private equity firm has applied to build hundreds of 18-square-metre multigenerational education living units.

The application is for a twin-tower to accommodate 784 units and 942 beds. The project is focused on providing a collegiate lifestyle.
