Healthcare/housing investors have new factor to consider

NEW YORK: US Capital now has a new factor it must consider when pushing money into offshore entities.

It has to reassess the social standing of the manager of that capital.

Due diligence has to be extended to consider whether or not the management entrusted with the guardianship of the money has public standing, social repute, societal understanding, community empathy, and the capacity for innovative dialogue.

A failure to address this new standard could result in a re run of the Westbrook Imbroglio…
