The campaign is focused on brain health and usage.
There are eleven exercises that, if regularly undertaken, can improve brain capacity.

Give up caffeine: Many of us rely on a tea or coffee as their fail-safe ‘wake-me-up’, but we shouldn’t. “Although a coffee or tea will help your immediate energy levels, too many can be harmful for your brain. Changing your drinking habits to include plenty of water will keep your brain healthy. Drink eight glasses of water a day if you can,” says Dr Shaw.
