ATLANTA: Brain awareness has become a global campaign to increase public understanding and support for brain research.
The campaign is focused on brain health and usage.
There are eleven exercises that, if regularly undertaken, can improve brain capacity.

Calm down: That said, don’t get carried away with too many new challenges. “Our brains require time to process information deeply, in order to gain more benefit from our daily experiences,” she explains. “Relaxing reduces stress and the over-production of brain chemicals and hormones, like cortisol, that in large quantities can negatively affect parts of the brain.”
