ATLANTA: Brain awareness has become a global campaign to increase public understanding and support for brain research.
The campaign is focused on brain health and usage.
There are eleven exercises that, if regularly undertaken, can improve brain capacity.
10. Get a map: Research a few years ago showed our increasing reliance on satellite navigational systems is permanently damaging our brains, preventing us using the brain’s ability to map surroundings as we pass them. Using a proper map will exercise the part of the brain which is responsible for understanding spatial relationships.
