The focus on housing has been enough to persuade a veteran as a client, but it will not be enough to score a payment from a boomer.
The creation of a community has got less to do with a gate and surrounding wall and centerpiece recreation center and more to do with meeting spaces, the use of gardens/green settings, obviating the motor vehicle, cafes, time to idle space, intimacy and design which encourages meditation, reflection, solace and thought.
