Court set to rule on assisted living proposal

PHILADELPHIA: Next Monday a court will make a ruling that could be the death knell of a proposed Assisted Living Facility.

The Court has telescoped its ruling that public officials who also serve in leadership positions in churches or organizations are barred from voting on zoning applications for sites within 200 feet of their church or organization.
