Care model evolving from high bed numbers to small homes

MILWAUKEE: A residential care service will soon start about $137,500 in renovations to a local house.

The refurbished home will house eight seniors, who will receive around-the-clock health care, meals and other services. Unlike larger elderly care institutions, the new approach provides residents with personalized care and attention.
