FORT WORTH: Care industry associations are slowly morphing into lobby groups for more money to reinforce an increasingly irrelevant and antiquated sector.
The self-interest has debased the entities contribution to balanced public debate, and political neutrality has been abandoned as senior voices try to hold shore up the increasingly fragile balance sheets of members.
But there is no guidance as to the evolution of the sector, no future proofing, no sagacity, no insight.
