But evidence is mounting that age-apartheid compounds are increasingly becoming soft crime targets and the care sector is trashing its reputation by doing nothing to effectively counter the growing threat:

251. A senior supervisor at a skilled nursing home for vulnerable adults has started a three-month prison sentence last week after appearing in court on a charge of recording a colleague in the shower for his own sexual gratification.

He was a senior supervisor at the care facility when he committed the act of voyeurism last September.
