PORTLAND: A not-for-profit is proposing to build affordable housing for retiring farm workers in a rural setting. Last night it ran an open night to test the demand for the proposal.
The 38 unit development boasts open floor plans and expansive landscaping. It will have two, three and four bedroom apartments that offer a full kitchen, extra storage and spacious rooms.
A final decision on the project is expected within 30 days…
