Affordable housing developer launches mini-bond raising on Crowdcube

CHICAGO: An entity which sells affordable homes for moderate-income ‘city makers’ has launched the first property mini-bond on leading investment crowdfunding platform Crowdcube.

The Pocket Bond, which aims to raise $1.5m, will provide investors with an opportunity to invest in the affordable housing market and support a successful business that plans to build more than 4,000 starter homes.
