NEW YORK: The hundred and eighty-second entry for the seniors housing Global Award for 2015 has been received.
The £7 million scheme includes 70 extra care apartments.
Work on the Manchester Mill site is the second stage in bringing back into use a large area of former Mill land, with plans for 51 new homes at the India Mill site already approved, where building work started in the summer of last year.
Preston City Council planning officers have backed the scheme.
