PHILADELPHIA: Pennrose Properties is to partner with Sacred Heart to build Sacred Heart Residences which will feature 61 affordable housing apartments for seniors ages 62 and older and 6,000 square feet of commercial space for affiliated medical uses.
Planning officials have signaled their early support for a zoning change that would pave the way for the senior apartments.
