Commission to be asked to study housing for sexually aggressive elderly

PHOENIX: A group of care providers is lobbying the government to establish a commission to study housing of elderly people who are sexually aggressive or combative.

The commission would explore different factors for housing such people. Among the issues are costs and whether a new facility should be built. The commission would be expected to present a report on its findings by the end of the year.
