HOUSTON: The cruise boat sector is focused on growth via the over 75 assisted living market.
The industry has grown 29 per cent each year since 2009 by offering “environments free of age reminders.”
The over 75s occupy master cabins in the core of the purpose built vessels, and can live cheaper at sea than on land.
