NEW YORK: The five hundred and sixteenth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
A high-rise Bella Vista seniors housing development has been given the go-ahead after a spirited Joint Regional Planning Panel meeting.
On Thursday, the panel approved the multi-storey residential buildings that will be nestled inside the Circa Precinct, near Norwest Hospital.
The application outlines a 144-bed residential aged care facility with green space, a communal craft room and hall to accommodate up to 300 people for tenant’s birthdays or any other celebrations.
