SAN FRANCISCO: The Government has approved a second retirement community as a Special Housing Area (SHA) in the Queenstown area.
Building and Housing Minister Dr Nick Smith said the proposed Queenstown Country Club would provide more than 300 homes across 51 hectares of greenfield land on Ladies Mile, in Queenstown.
