Multigenerational ‘twin tower’ plans to transform riverfront skyline

perth twin tower LOS ANGELES: The South Perth skyline will be transformed by a series of skyscrapers soaring up to 50-storeys, if new proposals by apartment developers are given the go-ahead.

Dragon Century Pty Ltd want to be build a 41-storey tower (132 metres) and 50-storey tower (159 metres) at the corner of Lyall Street and Melville Parade, near the Kwinana Freeway.

The mixed-use development includes 350 multigenerational residential apartments, 49 serviced apartments, 616 car parking bays, 177 bicycle bays, offices, a medical tenancy and restaurant…..
