Luxury care being delivered in resort environments

The Cardinal Freeman “vertical village” has already sold 57 apartments off the plan, with some fetching up to $1 million a unit.

The facility includes a movie theatre, a pool and restaurants, with extra-wide corridors and low kitchens suited to elderly tenants.
