Stockland and OPAL in new deal for inner-city retirees

stocklandDALLAS: Stockland property group has expanded its exposure to the retirement sector with a deal involving Opal Specialist Aged Care, for the construction on a $33 million aged-care facility within its Cardinal Freeman at Ashfield in Sydney’s inner west.

The 133-bed site is part of the new Stockland and Opal Specialist Aged Care strategic partnership, which provides “innovative living solutions for older Australians” and a long-term “continuum of care” at Cardinal Freeman, and other selected villages throughout Australia.
