NEW YORK: The eight hundred and thirty fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
The future site of Ryman Lofts was a vacated 20-acre brownfields site formerly occupied by industrial users and a hospital facility. There were challenges, as there always are, in creating affordable housing space that doesn’t look like bargain-basement living, said Dallas Caudle of Smith Gee Studio LLC.
