NEW YORK: The five hundred and twentieth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
A $14 million housing project is proposed for Ithaca’s Northside. It will incorporate a major affordable housing complex at 210 Hancock Street. It will include 53 one and two bedroom units in 4-story apartment buildings, 12 for-sale townhouses and about 10,000 sq feet of rentable commercial space.
The project is not going to be complete until September 2020.
