Positive psychology research aims to improve elderly care

FORT WORTH: Four hundred aged care workers and patients are taking part in the ‘Psychological Capital’ study over the coming six months.

Psychological Capital (PsyCap) is a branch of psychology which deals with the development of a person’s positivity through self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resilience.
