NEW YORK: The four hundred and thirty-eighth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Rooftop Housing Group is behind the scheme for the disused garage and warehouse in Brick Kiln Street – and the social housing provider was showered with praise when presenting its planning application to councillors.
All of the units will be provided as affordable housing for social rent and will be managed by Rooftop Housing Group.
The scheme will also include 21 car parking spaces and a cycle store for 29 bicycles.
