DALLAS: Springfield Land Corporation is seeking expressions of interest from development and capital partners to deliver a major medium density apartment project with an end value of more than $6 billion.
SLC has earmarked an 8.6ha site for the apartment component and 9000sq m for ancillary retail adjacent to the Springfield Central Rail station in City Centre North.
