Shipping containers for seniors could provide emergency housing

shipping-contAUCKLAND: Shipping container company Royal Wolf is involved in confidential talks about housing homeless seniors in modified shipping containers.

Royal Wolf general manager Paul Creighton said the company’s temporary worker village in Christchurch would demonstrate the potential for purpose-built containers to be used for emergency accommodation.
