PHOENIX: Planners have rejected proposals to convert a former nursing home into a house of multiple occupation after neighbours feared it would simply become a ‘hostel’.
The former skilled nursing home had been earmarked for a conversion into a 22 bedsit rooms with shared kitchen and dining facilities.
