NEW YORK: The seventy-first entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
A project that has been billed as as a possible model for assisted living facilities that care for veterans with PTSD and memory issues held a ground breaking ceremony.
Anthem Lakes Waterview Senior Living will cost $16.5 million to construct at 905 Assisi Lane near Naval Station Mayport off Mayport Road.
The project is being developed by Wayne McCall and David Kirkland who both were in attendance at the ground breaking.
Carson McCall, Perry-McCall Construction’s project manger for the development, said Perry-McCall is both an owner and the contractor on the project.
