NEW YORK: The sixty-seventh entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Work has begun to prepare for the demolition of the building that stands on stilts at one of the busiest junctions in Stratford-upon-Avon town centre.
Warwick House, in the corner of the Birmingham Road/Clopton Road junction, is to be pulled down and replaced with a modern building that will house 82 one and two bedroom flats.
They will be let at below the open market rent for health and emergency services workers, and teachers, as well as those working in local businesses…
