NEW YORK: The forty-third entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
St. Cloud is slated to get a new senior-living facility near its hospital, and Rabits & Romano Architecture has been awarded the contract to push the project forward.
Orlando-based Rabits & Romano was awarded the contract on Dec. 18 for the Copacabana Assisted Living facility slated for the corner of Pine Lake Drive and 17th Street. St. Cloud Hospital and St. Cloud Senior Center are adjacent to the property.
The facility will be three stories, 77,000 square feet, and will have 143 units for a capacity of 160 residents. Amenities will include a fitness center, salon, library, computer lab, cinema room, courtyard and game area.
