NEW YORK: The thirty-eighth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Planning permission has been granted for a new 60-bedroom residential care facility in Dundee.
Work on the new facility, to be set in the grounds of Wellburn House on Liff Road, will begin in 2017.
Designed by James F Stephen Architects, the new home will act as an extension of the existing care facility within Wellburn. The plans include a chapel, conference room, lounge areas and a sensory garden.
