NEW YORK: The fifteenth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Housing Trust Group (HTG), a real estate developer based in Coconut Grove, has closed on the financing of Valencia Grove, a $21 million, 144-unit affordable housing community targeting families in Eustis.
Construction began on Nov. 30 and will take an estimated 13 months.
