NEW YORK: The fifth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
The Ladies Mile development replaces old single-storey units with three-storey apartment buildings. Overall there are 66 units on the site.

The design had to address both the opportunity presented by this proximity, with the challenges of a with no road frontage and limited access.
