NEW YORK: The fourth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards 2016 has been received.
Almost a third of homes to be built in a new section of the Hobsonville Point housing development will be affordable.
The government has brought forward the construction of a further 540 homes at the old air force base west of Auckland due to strong demand for housing in the city.
The development of the 12.5 hectare Buckley B precinct – the fifth area of Hobsonville to be opened up – is being undertaken by AV Jennings which has developed two other precincts in the master-planned community.
