NEW YORK: The one thousand and thirtieth entry for the seniors housing Global Awards for 2015 has been received.
Anmer Lodge, a derelict site in Stanmore which has long been identified for regeneration by Harrow Council will soon welcome new multigenerational homes, a retail unit and new car parking spaces.
The sale of the 2.65 acre site will now pave the way for 120 new homes (50 affordable), a 1,692 square metre retail unit which will house a new Marks and Spencer Simply Foods Store.
There will also be an additional 50 non residential car parking spaces on top of the 151 existing spaces.
